Same as the earlier version only this one has no butter and 1/2 the sugar.
Combine cocoa, dry milk, sugar, syrup and milk in a medium sized sauce pan. Heat over medium-high heat, stirring often. Boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat and quickly add the vanilla and peanut butter. Pour chocolate mixture over the oats and mix. Drop by the spoonful onto a cookie sheet and let cool.
